Pharmacists, Nurses and Fellows

Proof of eligibility for these registration types must accompany your registration. Examples include a copy of your license or badge or a letter from your department head describing your status. Proof of eligibility may be mailed to Imedex or faxed to +1 (512) 583 8379 or scanned and emailed to registration@imedex.com.

ESMO Discounts

ESMO members receive €120 off the published registration fees. For more information about the European Society for Medical Oncology, please visit their website at www.esmo.org.

Payment: To pre-register, registration and payment must be received no later than 14 June 2012 for Individuals and Groups. Please register on-site after this date. Contact Imedex at +1 (512) 583 8385 or visit our website at www.worldgicancer.com to ensure program is being held as scheduled and to confirm that meeting is not full. Registration fees must be remitted by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Checks should be in the Euro currency and be payable to Imedex. Use the following instructions to pay by wire:

To pay via wire transfer, you must add €50 to each wire transaction to cover bank charges. Include the full name of the attendee and the name of the Congress: A299.01 – ESMO 14th World Congress on Gastrointestinal Cancer. An attendee is not registered until full payment is received.

Registration Fee Inclusions: Registration fees include admittance to scientific sessions, Congress materials and all functions as specified in the agenda.

A Message about Email Addresses: When registering your group please provide an email addresses for all group members. This is the way that the ESMO 14th World Congress on Gastrointestinal Cancer will be communicating important information about the upcoming Congress to attendees.

Groups of 10 or Fewer People
You are welcome to register your attendees as a group or you can register them each individually. If you decide to register your attendees as a group please follow the instructions in Groups of 11-10 People below. If you would like to register your attendees individually please go to the Individual Registration Page. Please note: We will not be offering Group Pickup Appointments for groups with 10 or fewer people. Each member of your group will need to pick up their own name badge and Congress materials regardless of whether you register them as individuals or a group.

Groups of 11-19 People
Please use the registration link below to register your group. When prompted please chose “Group Leader.” You will first need to enter the Group Leaders Contact information. The Group Leader does not need to be someone who is attending the Congress. You will have the option to indicate if the Group Leader is attending when you register. Please remember your password as this will allow you to edit or add to your group at a later date. Your password will be included on your confirmation email. Enter all of the required information for the Group Leader (yourself) and then hit the “Submit” Button

Once you have entered and submitted your Group Leader information you will be able to register the rest of your group. At the top of the page chose “Add Group Member” Complete the required information for each group member hitting submit after each.

When all of your group members have been entered hit the “Complete Registration/Pay Now” button. Please enter you payment information and hit Pay Now. A Confirmation Email summarizing all of your attendees will be sent to you.

Groups of 20 or More People
For Groups of 20 or More People please click on one of the links below to download the Group Registration Spread Sheet. The Spread Sheet is available in Microsoft Excel or Google Documents. If neither of these formats will work for you please contact customerservice@imedex.com to request a different format.

Please save your spread sheet with your group name (format Company-Country (e.g. Imedex-Netherlands)). Once you have completed the spread sheet please click on this link. You will be asked to upload your spread sheet and complete some contact information for the Group Leader. When you have completed the required information and uploaded your spread sheet hit “Submit.” A Confirmation Email summarizing all of your attendees and an invoice will be sent to you within 3 business days. This email will also include information about editing your group should you need to make changes after the spreadsheet has been submitted.

Cancellation: For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received at customerservice@imedex.com no later than 14 June 2012. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a €90 administrative charge, will be refunded after the Congress. Substitutions are accepted with written notification. No refunds will be made if notice is received after 14 June 2012.

Imedex does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this program should be canceled for any reason. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice in the event of cancellation. The event agenda is subject to change without notice.
